3. Everyone from the front desk to office staff and Dr. Brown were very kind, understanding, and professional. My son has a huge fear of procedures and needles. The staff was very understanding about this making him feel much more comfortable. He did great after getting his wisdom teeth extracted. 4. I came to Dr. Brown's office from a referral of one of his past patients. I had consulted with 3 other dentists and was about to give up on the idea of implants. 5. To Dr. Brown and Staff First I want to say God bless Dr. Brown, his family and the wonderful staff that supports him. I just want to express my appreciation and thanks for all you have done for me. Before I went to your facility I consulted with several dentists and never thought I would be able to afford the procedure because of the costs. One of the dentists quoted me a price of $4200.00 for a single implant. I prayed about it and decided to start saving some money so in about a year I should have enough. Well God answered my prayers, my daughter needed to have 4 wisdom teeth extracted and a referral was given for us to see Dr. William Brown. We had a consult with Dr. Brown and the 4 teeth were extracted on the same day. The day after the procedure, my daughter was up and feeling great. I can remember friends and family mentioning that it's not a good idea to extract 4 wisdom teeth at the same time because she could have serious complications and to that I said, "we have faith in Dr. Brown because he has been practicing for many yeeearrs(smiling)and everything will be fine." When my daughter went to visit Dr. Brown for her follow up she brought home a brochure regarding implants for me to read. I immediately went onto Dr. Brown's website to read and view all of the information about the implant procedure. I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Brown about the implant and what the cost will be. I decided that he will be the one to make my smile pretty again. I trusted him with my daughter; therefore I cannot go anywhere else. I must admit, I was somewhat reluctant about going for the consult because I did not save the amount of money according to the price quoted by several dentists for the procedure, but as I said I know for sure Dr. Brown is well qualified and I trust him. I met with Dr. Brown, and the following week my implant was placed. I did not experience any swelling at all. I am healing well and will have a 2nd follow-up in apprx. 3 months. To Cindy, Penny, Debbie #1, Debbie #2, and Ms. Sylvia, I’d like to say thank you very much for your kindness. Cindy, my daughter and I would like to thank you for the phone calls to check our healing progress after the procedures. You all are very lucky to be working with one of God's Angels (smiling). 6. New patient to Dr. Brown as a referral. As a general rule I do NOT handle dentist work well because of several bad experiences as a child, so when I was referred to Dr. Brown for an erupted tooth, I was a little nervous. When Dr. Brown told me it would have to be surgically extracted and that I would have to been sedated, I was very apprehensive. Then when the day finally came for the surgery, I was absolutely terrified. This man should be standing on the side of a high rise wearing a cape with the wind in his face and the sun setting behind him. He and his staff were extremely patient with me and my phobia. Keeping the atmosphere light with casual joking and conversation helped to settle me down considerably. So what negative issues can I find with this potentially experience? Nothing at all really. The sedation methods Dr. Brown uses are very effective. I was laying back in the chair talking to Dr. Brown about what I was feeling and asking him some details about what was going on (I am always curious, even when petrified)...then...next thing I know...I am in the recovery room with my wife beside me listening to the nurse give her post-operative instructions. I was allowed plenty of time to become coherent again and ask questions before I was sent home for further recovery. Long story short, Dr. Brown and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that this big chicken had as enjoyable experience as oral surgery can be. I will definitely be going back for all my future work. Thank you Dr. Brown and staff for all you do!
